Bendigo Saw Sharpening manufacture several sharpening machines for Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) sawblades. This ranges from stand-alone grinders for portable milling blades to larger heavy duty grinders for commercial sawmilling & firewood sawblades.
STAND ALONE FACE GRINDER - PORTABLE MILL BLADES
The Sawquip™ Portable Mill Grinder is a powerful 240V Grinder with a 125mm Diamond Grinding Wheel. The grinder frame and mounts are designed & build to client specification, thereby ensuring that the bushes and mounts suit the blades to be sharpened. Can be adapted to suit Lucas, McQuarrie, Lewisaw, Ecosaw, Mahoe and Peterson portable mill blades.

COMMERCIAL FACE GRINDING ATTACHMENT - TO SUIT LARGER TCT SAW BLADES
The Sawquip Face Grinding Attachment is an excellent option for high production commercial firewood machines with sawblades from 1220mm to 1830mm in diameter. This grinder is designed to be mounted as needed to larger commercial machines, enabling sharpening of the blade without requiring it to be removed from the shaft or spindle. Built around a powerful 240V electric motor, this attachment suits a 150mm Diamond grinding wheel.
NOTE: due to differences in commercial docking and milling machines, this attachment comes with a generic arm for mounting & hence will require some modification on a case by case basis to adapt to each individual machine. If required, Bendigo Saw Sharpening can modify grinder mounting elements to suit individual sawblades, machines & mounting configurations.
